In early 2017, after nearly 30 years at St Agnes Church, St Pauls, the Bristol and Avon Chinese Women’s Group relocated to The Vassall Centre in Fishponds.

As of 1st October 2021 the organisation’s name has formally changed to the Chinese Community Wellbeing Society.

Thanks to our Big Lottery Funding, the Chinese Community Wellbeing Society continues to build on its long history.  We now provide a range of services including the Chinese Lantern hotline, a Care Support Service, and a regular Casework Surgery.

We also provide a range of events for our membership, and often offer workshops that are concerned with improving health and wellbeing.
